Objectives
After studying this module, assistants will:
- Understand the structure of the ear
- Know which common conditions may affect the ear
- Be able to recommend OTC treatment, self care and prevention advice.
Ear care
Ears are made up of tiny fibres, chambers and fluid which work silently to keep us orientated throughout the day and night. Customers experiencing any issues with their ears, from ear wax to infections, will be looking to the pharmacy team to help them get back on track.
